How do I cancel my Nuffield Health myself?
If you wish to cancel your membership within 14 days of joining let your local club know and Nuffield Health will issue a full refund of the fees you have already paid. To cancel during this cooling-off period you will need to give notice by either writing to your club manager or filling in a form at your club. If you chose to mail your notice we recommend getting this sent by tracked or signed for delivery.
If the 14-day period has passed but you are still within your initial 12-month contract you will only be able to cancel due to a change in circumstance that would prevent you from being able to use the facilities. Suitable reasons for terminating your contract include serious illness or injury; pregnancy; moving more than 5 miles from a club; change in financial standing; and other circumstances outside of your control. To discuss this please get in touch with Nuffield Health directly as they will be able to go over options and advise what proof, if any, is required.

If you have joined online, you can cancel using the ‘request to cancel’ form. A link for this can be found in your signup email.
Otherwise, you must confirm your notice in writing, either by post or email. Once received your club will send you an acknowledgment and letter to confirm when your membership will end.
